This includes the sheriff serving the papers and being present when I open the door.I would also bring a video camera over there before moving anything and take a shot of every inch of that unit.

It's fairly easy to install laminate faces that can be easily cleaned and look great for many years with nothing more than simple cleaning.Same for floorcoverings...peel and stick tiles, or sheet goods will be ruined with one wrong move.
