There are too many issues with the older MHs from the siding, the roof,  leaks that are hard to find or even see on initial inspection.  

I am currently putting new roofs on a few houses. 

It is a great place to meet new friends and learn about various aspects of real estate and more. 

It has about 1600 SF, is CBS, has a newer roof, and a pool.

You get a house for 10K , 3 doors down there is a boarded up house , the roof leaks , water can and will migrate to your basement .  

Toilets, small roof leak, etcCapital Expenditures=Upgrades and large expenses.  

Maybe some explanation on the relational aspects of restoration companies and  insurance companies would help add clarity and provide context.

If the answer is no, there's not a great way to configure the thing, as I'm pretty sure it was built with this in mind.One thought I had was that perhaps a fire escape ladder could be installed to allow access to the roof and then another ladder or stairs installed on the roof to allow access to the yard.Any insight would be appreciated.
