lender?

I am new to real estate investing, I have not talked to a lender for pre-approval because I am in the beginning stages of learning.What is the best business structure to use for a rental property business, Sole Proprietor, LLC , or corporation?

Boom, buyer backed out even though their lender inspector found no issues.So how do you all deal with inspectors????

After reviewing the data, we were able to contact approximately 9% of the list on the first trial, but only .008% led to appointments.

I can see by other reviews, Im not the only person this has happened to.

I reached out to my loan servicer to inquire about doing so, and received this reply:We have reviewed your request to convey this property to an LLC and unfortunately, your loan does not qualify.At this time we can only allow Fannie Mae loans to be conveyed to an LLC.
