Costco laminate was on sale during the holiday for 1.10$ per square foot and it added value into the house.

We usually meet the third Tuesday of the month but with the holidays we are doing a joint Nov/Dec one (I have not booked it yet) and we meet off the Blue Line at Harlem@Christopher Leon also does a group in the burbs that I have heard good things about

1) Start a family2) Pay off the rest of my wife's student loans by April3) Purchase two multi family properties (one in the first half of the year and the other in the second half of the year)4) Relax and spend more time with my family and my older relatives.

Depending on the Rehab, we typically buy anywhere from 25-35K <15 Miles off U.S 19 in Holiday, Port Richey & New Port Richey (would consider Hudson or Springhill)If you have properties that fit our criteria or know of anyone looking to sell, let me know!

As Jon said ... its different in every state.In addition to that ... lenders have been relaxed about their standards here as of late.

I would say that in about 6 months we are going to be able to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor now.

The banks aren't open on the weekend, and Monday is a holiday, so that leaves her with 7 days to sell this house, and settle, in a slow market where the house 1 block up has been listed for 43 days now.
