Also Cody careful In Mississippi one of my clients there got thrown in Jail for brokering without a license.he got caught once got a cease and desist and I set up a transactional program for him so he could come into title and resell.. he did quite well we did one or two a week there for a few years.. then we had a falling out.. he reverted back to his old ways of tying up a property putting it on his website and reselling it without owning it or bringing in his own funds to close.. and got turned in again this time he was arrested and charged with a felony..

@Evan Barney I have had and currently have clients going the 203k route with home purchases here in CT and from those experiences I think the following is important:Be sure to use a real estate agent that has experience navigating the 203k process from offer submission until close.
