My question is, underwriter of our lender is saying to reflect all properties in our personal tax return schedule E page 1 and not in 8825 in the business returns.

I figured I'd get some talking points to take into the attorney before I went in blind.Now, if assets of an LLC are distributed to the owner(s) [agent(s)] after the LLC is dissolved, wouldn't the new owner's be reflected at the County Assessor's/Treasurer's.If the name hasn't yet been changed over to the new owner(s) name, but they've got back taxes owed on the property and they're so far in the rears on those back taxes that the property is ready to be foreclosed, then what?

These are broad generalizations, but reflect what I see.  

Getting a good deal on a property doesn't always reflect poorly on the property itself.
