Maybe a suburb not too far from the heart of your city with great middle to upper middle class tenants..C class - Starts getting a little sketchy here but I wouldn't consider these area to be "the ghetto"..

You can get a garage aprtment in the heart of Orlando historic district or a small bungalow 600sq ft.You could move to the surrounding country areas and get 1 acre with a 2000 sq ft house.
