Not even on a business card.

Anyone can go through the motions of punching buttons and using your credit card but few put the necessary thought into writing the operating agreement.  

Yes I do have to use the correct card when making purchases, and sometimes have to do separate transactions.

I'm new enough I don't even have a business card so I imagine I left with not many people getting my contact info.Its good to hear that they at least exist, and I imagine any good neighborhood turnkey in our area is going to be pricey.  

My credit card was charged on 4/27/16.

Additionally, I get multiple yellow cards or letters requesting to purchase my properties every month. 

There are different cards with different versions, I could tell you how to do it but that would spoil and defeat purpose of the game.

I've been investing for a few years now, Eric, and I've implemented all of the following advertising methods, (I've also hired people to do many of these for me):  direct mail, bandit signs, car magnets, posters, flyers, card drops, t-shirts, door knocking, cold calling, cinema ads, craigslist posts, email alerts, and online ads.  

Items within the lists, called cards, can be dragged and dropped onto other lists or reordered within lists.
