I am 60 years old and recovering from a medical problem.

Hi, I had a short sale approved thru Wells and the seller is current on mtg but showed a financial and medical hardship.

He is a guru but you can learn all about wholesaling from his merchandise.

They seem normal at first because they are on medication to treat the symptoms instead of the problem.
