That one actually closed (traditionally) back in April, not syndicated.I value your comments here, and especially you taking the time to help me understand the audience.Sounds like your concerns would be quality of placement, more specifically:finding the actual/legitimate "good deals" when many capital allocators and online syndicators are just trying to get fees from transaction.

There is an old joke about how you can determine if a tenant is lying....I don't need a novel from applicants (in fact, accepting written descriptions of their situation, family makeup and issues, etc. is now frowned upon, if not outright rejected, from Buyers in a property purchase situation, as a potential Fair Housing problem), I just need basic facts, and one or more full page legitimate supporting documents that can be verified.

If it is a legitimate default, where the buyer fails to pay as agreed and resonable opportunities have been provided to cure such defaults, then the buyer needs to sell or move, IMO.If, there is an indication that any investor is acting otherwise, I will assist them to the extent allowed by law, which can be considerable assistance.
