What suggestions/feedback would you offer someone who is considering leaving their W-2?

If you can swing it and are willing to do what it takes to not lose the property if sh** hits the fan, then I would highly suggest purchasing in a more desirable area.

We do this while Jill works a W-2 job and our goal is for her to leave that job and just do properties.
