Integrity in the business and hard work then smart work is as good as it gets.

We use the google suite for office software: docs, sheets, slides, photos, keep it's all integrated nicely and it's free.

I'd rather believe in the integrity of our colleagues in real estate, at least until there's hard evidence of the opposite.

I personally vertically integrated by business by starting my own property management company to manage all my apartment buildings.

One might argue that a resident screening service that integrates seamlessly with a property management's software would be the most efficient.

There are some landlords/PM's that always take a few bucks for themselves but that lacks integrity. 

Real estate is a people business and having an established reputation for being a person of integrity, having the ability to closing deals, and solve problems keeps business looking for you versus you looking for business.
