That would shake me certainly.Draft that nice letter, honor your suggested option of first option if you want to sell, (integrity matters whether in writing or not), and if you decide to move back in to your home prepare yourself for a few dinged walls and stained floors!  

I like Chris Mason's thinking behind this, but I also believe there needs to be a higher level of integrity taken towards our investments and tenants.Just to be clear, I'm not for this ordinance! 

The SSA-89 process is a bit of a pain for a smalltime landlord to deal with.But the IRS form 4506-T process is fairly easy, with instructions right on it, and you verify the integrity of the tax returns they provided to boot.

Even a person on their death bed, if they have any integrity, can follow through with their promise to make payment.  

Worth mentioning is that some of the online property management systems do integrate. 

Giving ordinary people homes in traditional housing developments that are advanced - green, clean, healthy, livable, walkable, integrated wtih the natural communities of non-humans (plants and animals).

At this point, my main concern is rent and no vacancies; Tenant integrity and good character ( if my tenants have full rent, they should pay it ) I’ll work with my tenants if need be but I am not giving out free rent.
