I even mentioned if the buyer has that much of an issue we would happily be out before the house closed and or find a place for the dog to stay for the last week of his stay here.I get the impression he maybe is implying to these buyers that we plan on staying longer than we do, to help sell the house.

Then, my plan is to close on a multi-family property (duplex, triplex, or fourplex) by June, and house hack it (I live in one unit and tenants live in the other units).I was under the impression that an FHA or 203K loan would be better than a conventional loan because the government offered lower interest rates?

I'm not under the impression renewables can go from 2% of the grid to 100% overnight, with no storage solution and no pain felt such as a couple Californians being required to install solar that they probably would have installed anyway.
