Im at work now getting ready to head home and they said i need to come in at 7am tomorrow.Have I mentioned how unpredictable my job and schedule can be??

There was one that I was about to head out to, but I called the law firm to check the status and it got cancelled about 10 minutes prior to my phone call and it was only 1 hour before the auction was scheduled to take place.

I had placed $5000 in my head as worst case scenario.

I'm about to head in that direction soon.

Like most newbies, I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the financing piece.

How she performs is key to taking on this liability, she could easily get in over her head trying to meet rents from her business, there are many commercial types who know what type of business pulls in revenue at that location and they may get a hook in her with deposits and agreements where she does nothing but basically work for them.
