I've seen especially FHA and other REO properties listed at comparable price by agents who did not take time to look at the property and did not consider the work needed to bring it to habitable levels and the issues the particular house has that need fixing..

I am also not harmed because the deposit on the property allows me to make any mortgage payment on time...and my tenants have said, "You've been good to us with the late payments," when they have offered to repair small things, etc, so I know they do not take it for granted.

Also their landscaping may be a factor in creating run off that effects my basement/drainage problems.then you should survey it and make a determination right now its just speculation.. its your responsibility if you feel this issue or landscaping is harming your property..
