The market in SoCal hasn't even bottomed out yet and may not do so for another year or so, at which point prices will most likely be flat for a few more years before rising modestly.

So, I guess the advantage of BP would be to offer its members the same type of services and events though mostly virtually (i.e. networking events, tele-seminars/replays, ability to network with other members, panel discussions, etc).
