Hey biggerpockets, I finally bought my first list to market to motivated sellers, I am mailing only to out of state absentee owners with 60-100 percent equity who own property within 10 miles of my town.

Since then I have taken advantage of early retirement from my fire department career and relocated from PA to SC.My interest in real estate investing has never really left me and now that I have finally gotten settled in after getting my house built, I am looking to get back to investing and building a "business" that can provide some financial freedom.

I have learned a lot just through various books and bigger pockets podcasts/forums, but I'm looking to find someone within my general area to give me that final push and confidence to move forward.

The lateral's actual location also may not be approved but I'm assuming I will find that out at the same time I finally figure out the easement question above.
