If your in this game long enough you lose the ability to hear excuses.

There was always a good excuse of course.  

Don't give tenants an excuse to not pay rent.

Hello Everyone,I've tried to do as much research as I can before posting, so please excuse me if I've made a discussion in error. 

UPDATE:In this situation, I think the borrower was hoping for a loan modification but didn't use it as an excuse to drag things out.

I would like to excuse people who were born with money or given money or real estate.

I understand bad things happen to good people but this is far too widespread to use that excuse.
