Peachtree Corners is very nice, a lot of high end commercial development in the area and the proximity to downtown Norcross is really convenient as far as value for location. 

It's come a long way and it's still coming.Once you factor in local external influencers as well such as the Chula Vista Bayfront development (which is actually making good progress in the approval process),  I would argue that IB will only grow in demand. 

We work with a few institutional developers building in Walla Walla, Tri Cities, Boise ID, Bend OR etc. and frequently get called on to help out with this sort of thing. 

Just make sure you use the commute time to work on self-development and not entertainment.  

I'll also make a ticket for the developers to look into why it's not formatting properly.

Although I agree vacancy control would be very negative for landlords, I have to believe the authorities would try and act rationally if they don't want development to come to a screeching halt and turn us current landlords into slum landlords.

Use a person that has developed software that is a full course and gives complete information like someone like Kent Clothier, Ross Hamilton, john jackson, Josh Cantwell, etc. who seem like they know the right way.Good luck to you!
