As bad as the economic news has been concerning unemployment, travel industry, food and services, today I am a little confused.

Nobody is going to tell you the last tenants left some food out and it attracted insects before the cleaning people came.

Imagine if he drops it, how difficult this tenant becomes going forward.There is one factor to consider here, from the tenants perspective....food for thought for future years. 

He will set you up to receive a daily Trustee Sale List that will be bid on daily at the courthouse.

It doesn’t need a sign however it does need a real estate broker who will get on the phone and call on local successful owners who may want to expand, food reps and local bankers who have restaurant owner clients etc.

That stuff has taken food of our trades table!
