It's much for booking platform agnostic than that...it doesn't integrate with them, it merely leverages your Google calendar to time them appropriately.

@Ryanne Hodson, it's less of a rental platform and more of a website to generate leads in which you have to talk to them personally and sign a custom lease.

Hi John,I personally don't recommend you attempting to use FHA for non-primary residence property because you'll be crossing a fine line called "Fraud".

I know that you want all of your investment back, you may find other private or hard money lenders out there that are willing to take that risk, so posting on the BP platform is a good move to get the attention of someone willing to do just that.

Your Canadian partner should really sit down with a Canadian accountant who specialises in cross-boarder business before signing on to ensure that he won't be incurring extra taxation.

We'll see how things shake out now that tenants are living there - so far the new bathroom is working well...fingers crossed that no other issues emerge.
