@Stephen Ribero banks like Wells, Chase, B of A , etc will turn away most fixers since that is not their specialty and are not a good stop for Fix and Flip loans. 

One tip that I have for new investors, especially ones that made their first purchase within the last couple of years, try not to compare or chase after the same numbers as your first deal while you are looking for your next.

I am In a catch 22 chasing my tail. 

I could get chased out of Nevada as Californians flee their horrible laws and come here to support the same ones.

It is just too difficult to chase multiple paths to success.

Just remember your time is more valuable than chasing a low cost cookie cutter PMCs.

At that price point, the property isn't going to be appreciating much, so I just don't see how this would be a sound deal for you to chase after.I think finding a 2-4 unit multifamily and house-hacking would be a better bet.

Every investor chase after the same motivated seller leads as almost every other investor.
