Craigslist is still a player here (lots of bad leads to filter out) and Facebook Marketplace is rapidly becoming a big lead generator esp. with age 35 and under demographic.2.

You could in theory find the info since it is publicly available, but it may literally mean manually requesting batches of permit numbers and dates etc to then filter for his license number. 

Older stucco homes are usually breath enough to where there are no issue with moisture collecting and causing issues like in new stucco construction.  

Clean the house and change the air filters.3.

The moisture retention is the issue, it doesn't breathe so it retains moisture which can lead to mold and wood damage around openings.

My question is, what are some specific criteria that is a must to filter out from your lists.
