The existing duplex will be fully gut renovated with brand new everything and the new house will be a ground up duplex which basically gives me a QUADPLEX out of this property for the ultimate home run.

Great insight and you make a good point.We are using our reserves to save up for a down payment on a brand new Lamborghini as well as a timeshare...I think that would be the best use for our money going forward.

When I bought my brand new block 1910 sqft 4/2 house in 2009 for $180k, I looked around in the nicer areas of Altamonte Springs that I knew from my childhood.
