ARV  unless its new construction is very tough to get.This is the trap that CA investors fall into when they go out of state they get told that the ARV is X but because your buying from us you get built in Equity of Y so on and so forth I am sure you have seen the marketing materials..

But a corporation is a legal person, with an EIN and other legal trappings, and can open a bank account with an authorized agent (accountant, officer, lawyer, etc).

Maybe one of you knows did this start by a administrator using the I.A.E.A which started in 1987 if I remember right to avoid the court confirmation process, thus something new was born when they found out this would be a lot easier and cheaper way for them to dump their properties.
