I eventually want to get into buy and holds, renting for passive income.  

(just kidding....but not really)I've found this site to be incredibly inspirational thus far and I hope to continue to learn more and eventually be able to contribute from my experiences.

My goals are to learn more about fix & flip, buy and hold, and eventually earning enough passive income to "retire" and spend more quality time with my family and focus on my hobbies, which are woodworking and maybe even some furniture building...down the road.Love the website, great information and lots of nice people willing to share their knowledge and experiences.

I eventually want to learn rehabbing but for now I want to build a relationship and see where that takes me.

I do believe redevelopment will eventually get there, maintain the Haitian Culture "Theme" and be a wonderful addition to the other beautiful areas Miami has to offer.

My plan was to build my investing "business" to the level of being able to go full-time and replace my W2 income, and I always believed that eventually I would want to get my broker's license, but I never really wanted to be an agent; always a principal.

Everything rents eventually , all depends on the location and price.

I did my own manual title search and also paid for a title search on the property that I eventually purchased.  

However, if I do some renovation project and need contractors and bids, it wouldn't be the end of the world, because that is something I want to do eventually anyhow; it'd basically be pushing me to do it now, instead of a few years from now. 

Our strategy will be to focus on flipping SFHs within the West Houston area and eventually purchase rental properties to begin accumulating passive income.
