It will not take any good contractor 4 weeks to do interior work, so you should be up and running by March.

Interior and exterior paint, new doors and frames, new flooring, garage door repair, new appliances and appliance repair, and other miscellaneous fixes were done by my dad and I.

Small cracks in slabs are normal over time but anything more than this on the slab or interior may be bad. 

There's only one interior wall on the first floor, framing the kitchen area.

Might be cheaper but that would be copper and conduit for the Plumb and Electric and brand new ducts.All the interior redo simply ball parking it - Framing, New Drywall, Hardwood (not laminate), Tile,  Kitchen Cabs and Vanities, Granite, Plumbing and Electric Fixtures, Doors and Molding, Insulation - $75K +/- 10Outside siding work?  

I'm budgeting about $2,400 to paint the interior, replace all of the carpet and linoleum with Allure flooring and new fixtures.

It needs some interior updating and a some fresh paint on the exterior.
