Unless you are talking about cost adjusted salary e.g. someone living in Houston earning $225k/yr claiming they are earning California salary because it is equivalent to earning $450k/yr in SanFran.

Looking to start a group of motivated people in Houston, TX that meet once a week (virtually for a while, probably) to keep each other accountable and motivated.

It definitely gives you a great foundation to take action off of.I'm not sure of the ins and outs of the AZ market, but it's really tough to find the right deal on the MLS right now in Houston.

Hey Houston,I am breaking into the fix and flip scene in Houston and would like to hear from others flippers to get a feel for the rehab market here.

Usually it would be Houston with how oil field goes around here, but Austin and San Antonio seem to come up more lately.

Any thoughts on Atlanta and Houston?
