The STR business is one of the riskiest nich in real estate investing.

Absolutely save money for reserves.When I first started in Real Estate investing, I reinveted every earned dollar back into the business. 

A similar frenetic pace to the one that has captured the last couple of years of residential rental investment and development Nearly 20 years into my real estate career at this point, I can draw on that experience in order to have a much more measured approach to the business.

Keep personal and business finances separate.

I'm starting a property rentals business in Europe beginning from key Italian cities with Top University (Milan, Verona, Bologna, Padova).

My company, 1031X, has been in the business for 31 years nationwide, and we have the highest client satisfaction rating in the US. 

hi @Neetu Patil, that's unfortunately more common in CA these days, many companies have stopped quoting new business and/or are dropping certain types of homes.  

My other concern with leasing is that by the time the lease is done, i will be beginning my first busy season as an accountant while studying for the CPA.
