On top of that like you said use a crime map to understand that for example you may be able to crush your $$ goals in lets say Kensington, but youll be in a C/D location and will have to deal with everything good and bad that goes along with that.

Hey @Jodi Kaili and others.You may want to list "Salt Lake City" as a keyword alert and see who the big players are in the area; network with them and ask them who they use as a CPA.If you guys are still having troubles finding a local CPA - You may want to reach out to a CPA who works with clients remotely.Did you have any tax questions for the time being?

hahahaha , i was approached by 'aggressive accountant' that end up putting my number into corvee, and end of the season they said you have to do this a , b , c d and e ; for something that i already know. exactly like the original question above.i still enjoyed being scammed by corvee marketers though.

Only thing in abundance in Las Vegas is gamblers.TerryRaiders add to the over all economy for sure but remember its only 8 home games and 2 pre season games and maybe 100 or so employees and not all the players will buy in vegas  Silicon Valley is its own animal ergo 2 million dollar homes that in most parts of the country would not sell for much over 100k. if that in some rural areas.
