If your purchase contract has a clause that clearly states that you have the right to assign and clearly underlines those rights,, is okay not to have "and or assigns "by your name on the contract or should it still be in there??

That way if I ever get sued at one property they can't clear me out with all my other holdings.If you are going to treat this is a business and do it right don't worry about the taxes and "extra work".
