Theres a deal out there for everyone, you just have to be honest with yourself and aware of your needs, abilities, and your limitations.

Be aware that in many states this would constitute unlicensed activity and can land your birddogs in jeopardy.

I'm not aware of laws but why would anyone waste their time and participate in an auction knowing redemption can stop the sale any minute while you are bidding on it?

Many times you become aware of note opportunities because the note is part of the entire property/borrower/lender picture.  

Can I really buy a portfolio of 15-20 houses in a war zone and collect my goal of $80,000 a year remotely?  

Still, I didn't forsee the scenario you describe.Guess I will have to find a better way going forward...So, is anyone aware of a low/no fee service that would allow for direct payments but avoid the aggravating scenario @Jay Hinrichs described?  

I'm aware 267 on that isn't a very good deal, it was more so to use as an example.

Though types of people have been attracted to real estate and are making much money over the internet because of all the money in real estate learning and they specialize in emotional salads of stuff you do not really need.Since I still do not walk or am employed I spend much time on the Internet (about 10 hours a day 7 days a week)  and I see those types all the time and I am more aware of their acting.
