I have read bad things about it, and I got the permit today so I can change it out.Since I am going to be inside the panel would it add any value to the home if I put in a line for the stove, and hot water heater.

Zillow needs to interface with hundreds of MLS systems, all using their own proprietary software.

A few other things to check are your hot water heater, if it is more than ten years old, you might want to go ahead and get a new one.

How were those systems?

Borrower said that the property has not been abandoned, but the water has been turned off for a week at the street.

The basement under this large room was full of water and had a bunch of temporary support posts pushing the floor joists up (physically bowed up).

I posted that I am looking to purchase a home for cash...Not sure if this is the norm, but my first reply to my post came in today which simply stated:her name.. the addresses of her 2 properties and her email along with the sentence"looking to sell 2 investment properties"Now I'm not sure if this is the norm to get emails like this... which ends up becoming misleading... or is a true lead.I don't want to celebrate this small win of mine just yet.... as I'm not sure if I am missing something here.To be honest, i JUSt started getting into wholesaling and I am looking to test the waters on Craigslist.
