Because what we have is so rare, most doctors go their whole careers and may see only 1 or 2 cases.

This is so many months of PITI for each property owned. 

I don't remember what the formula for calculating loans is, so the time frame would be a bit longer.

Each policy is so specific to each policy owner and property, it's tough to know which policy will cover what without getting it directly from the carrier or agent.

I am well below 30k for the year and my wife and I may be below that even together.I know cap gains is charged at certain levels depending on income so I am wondering if I am going to have to pay that tax co side ring my income is so low?
