I do not miss the high property taxes, insane traffic, and high maintainence of a large home.  

@John Puma If your property is at all inconvenient to see, maybe because it is occupied or because it "probably" on the outside of someone's range and would be a waste of their time, or because of traffic or whatever, then a virtual tour might be helpful.  

I would have to fight hours of traffic to invest actively where I live in Dallas’s affluent northern suburbs unlike Norman where the cashflow got me started along with timing & being going in college & learning through real life experience!

We're looking at local businesses to partner with us in our houses and would like to be able to show them data on how well it's doing in the area and how much traffic we'll expect to come through them. 

I pay no state sales tax, I know the areas of Austin metro extremely well (neighborhoods, traffic, troublesome foundation areas, etc.), and I can visit my properties, managers, and tradesmen within minutes.

They are based on traffic patterns from 200 years ago, and are almost always undersized.  

Area #3 not so much in terms of job growth and home price, but close to major traffic.

You need to have some systems in place driving traffic to your squeeze pages, otherwise they hang out in "internet space," and just look cool to nobody. 

Does the property experience a lot of pedestrian traffic or is it more of a destination location?  

I have a listing for a SFR that has been on the market for three months and has seen little traffic.
