Go to the local county or city zoning office and look at the site plans submitted.

If you hit a dead end, call the Attorney General's Office or State's Attorney (not sure what they call it in NJ), and they will very quickly know if this is a scam, because if it is, you are not the first one to call in.

Two of the units are occupied by a handicap housing company which i also spoke to the people in the office explaining my new role.

What do you guys make of these "office expenses"?

For example, I pay $15 per click here in Orlando and Tampa, but my Melbourne office is $5.

I know I can get the information through the county recorders offices... follow chain of title through deed transfers, easements/ccrs/special rights would all be on the deed, right?

I have also become a licensed real estate agent for Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices and work out of the East Regional office in Murrysville, Pa.
