Most guests are very understanding that maintenance needs to be done.Just talk to them and feel out the situation.You could schedule the minisplit for a turnover day.

If you drive through the other towns, it's apples and oranges in terms of amenities, the architectural detail of all the properties, the feel of the place, and the things they have built into the town of Seabrook. 

It is annoying because you need wifi, and I have typically gone with a hotspot in these instances to get a feel for what is going on.

But for investment properties, I’d feel that would open us up to way too much liability that insurance likely wouldn’t have to cover if a tenant or guest was injured where a permit was required but not obtained.
