Great cash flow and a place to go yearly on vac.Now in regards do remote managing definitely doable.....but you will learn tons along the way.

Starting at 40k, is doable for us.

I think that is a very doable and reasonable goal, maybe possibly even sooner depending on how you are saving.

Maybe 80% of ask is doable if you know your stuff w/r/t rehab and reselling, and if the comps are spot-on accurate.

It is doable but the challenge will be limited options and high competition (just like every other price point in Denver).  

If you want to owner occupy something with potential cash flow when you move out, it's totally doable.
