This is honestly shocking to me because home football games on average occur once every two weeks.  

I'm often shocked at prices per square feet in midtown versus Germantown.  

You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

When it comes time to sell they are shocked to realize that the home they bought for $40,000 cash is really only worth $20,000.

Like @Jay Hinrichs said - Don't focus on the sticker shock.

I meet with prospects 1 on 1 as it is shocking some of the things they tell me while viewing and a valuable screening tool and I’d miss that with an open house.  

I would be shocked if that was the case.There are tons of posts on here and throughout the internet where wholesalers ask how to make sure they don’t “get stuck” buying the house they put under contract.
