well I am going to be totally bias here but the info is accurate and extremely valuable. it helped me buy and off market strict foreclosure in Lake Oswego that no one could get to.. we bought out the contract and it was a Hoarder house extreme  one owner in Jail  other we had to find in a MHP in Salem Oregon. etc etc.. one of those you work your butt off for.210k on the purchase can make 3 lots worth 300k each..
