@Carolyn Fuller and @Melissa Bovee I realize this now, after responding with a message asking them to give me some time to think it through and then explaining that I had a 4WD requirement, and reminders send immediately following their bookingThey thanked me for the information and proceeded to advise the guest to send me a money request.

So many landlords have misconceptions about what a PMC does and doesn't do.We often have to remind our clients to review their management contract when they ask us to do things, because they are not included.EXAMPLE: getting multiple bids for repair work (not regular maintenance) is one thing, expecting your PMC to analyze the bids for you in depth is NOT a standard service.

I have had good luck over the last 5 years myself but when I saw the title of your post it reminded of the foreclosure sale in December when the guy who “won” the auction actually paid double what the property was worth but I guarantee he was singing winner winner chicken dinner to all his friends!
