How to estimate rent (rentometer and RE agent?).

@Michael Plante when you look on zillow or other sites, do you then just do your research and then forward to your RE agent for making offers and initiating the process?

Most all of the structures are fairly temporary in nature of construction, so down the road, re-purposing the land would be incredibly easy. 

I am new to bigger pockets and wanted to connect to see advice on next steps for RE investing.

What are your RE goals?

Next lease re-write it so rent is due on last day of prior month, late fees start on the first. 

Consideration must be exchanged for a transaction to even be legal.I'm not a fan of land contracts because you don't own it until you pay it off, but some kind of mortgage/deed of trust via seller financing would be my go-to here @Daniel H TruexBe patient with the refi part.  12 months is nothing in RE horizons. 

Hey yall, do we have any RE agents here that regularly wholesale properties? 

Some require you to put down money just to even bid and then get re-imbursed later if you didn't win.
