I know that when I am held accountable for something that I commit to, I am definitely going to work harder to accomplish that goal.I am proposing a weekly call/video conference on any week day after 7:00 pm, or on Saturday/Sunday at an agreed upon time.  

I too have watched numerous BP webinars, YouTube videos, & read various books. 

I watched the video of this episode and I was amazed at the speed and precision that @Arianne L. had gone through these deals.

I'm guessing you are passionate and care about your neighborhood and that is the driving force behind your desire to invest in real estate.

Recently, I have been listening to a lot of podcasts, watching a lot of videos, and reading a lot of articles about wholesaling.

Will definitely look more into interesting podcasts and youtube videos and have some books on the side for extra support :)

Have your tenant watch on the day it's to be delivered and maybe have them record the package when it's dropped off and if your lucky you will have it on video the person who is stealing the packages or if the tenant is M2M, give notice because if they stole a laptop that they obviously knew wasn't theirs, they most likely have taken the others.
