If you are screening based on why they have the score rather than maintaining a minimum credit score you can not have a minimum requirement.

Each property is mortgaged and has a fair amount of equity at this point.

It seems to be a hybrid form of REI.You earlier mentioned MFR, so I'm curious if that has been more of your focus or do you maintain a mix of SFR and MFR? 

Or, I could use all or some of that cash as a down payment on a place here in CO, but I worry that the market here is increasing at rate that it cannot maintain.

My experience is fairly limited to one location, but based on that 15 year is the max.

When he became incapacitated and could no longer visit his unit, approximately 7 years ago, another family member, who had assisted him in maintaining the building, began utilizing the space for storage, vehicle repairs etc.

I never met him but we spoke often throughout the project, I received a fair price for the job and the job was done on time.

I have a solid full-time job, with a fairly decent amount of investments.
