Has anyone tried to get a refund through some kind of class action law suit?

I'm curious to know your thoughts on the Mauricio Umansky lawsuits.

An eQRP ®  on the other hand allows employees and is built with layers of protection quite useful in the event of a lawsuit which in America seems almost inevitable.

It's a regular law suit, just like for a credit card or anything else.  

The main house which I have lived in for 9 years and a smaller 1BR in-law suite, which is rented.Any thoughts on creative financing that would allow me to purchase the new 290K home with rental unit and rent out my current homestead (that also has a rental unit)?

If the property is occupied or simply vacant, investors must give timely written notice and then file an ejectment lawsuit. 

As far as your girlfriend... how would she feel about living with you in a basement in law suite?

In response to why this approach appears to make sense, in simple terms I've heard multiple respected real estate educators corroborate that this is the only real way to properly defend yourself from frivolous expensive lawsuits.
