As soon as you start discussing your business practice and strategies with your customers (tenants), then all bets are off and you run the risk of Fair Housing violations. 

There's  nothing wrong with investing in syndications if you are writing smaller checks but perhaps invest with the syndicator who is chasing your checks because you are the only option, not the preferred option.

Hi Brian, I wouldn't worry too much about refinancing from FHA to Conventional for the sake of buying a house with another FHA loan.
