All that means is that I spent a lot of time investigating any issues that could surprise me.

I would encourage you to investigate the long term historical data and see for yourself.

If its below 620 you aren't disqualified but I will investigate why its low and determine if the score is reflective of you as a tenant.

I am investigating its potential.

Currently managing the banking contracts I am seeing a slight uptick in inventory but they are more difficult to get conveyed or marketed due to the OIG investigations with the secondary market.  

Then I would do some investigating on what the nightly rate is of other area properties that are higher end, and adjust my projections accordingly.

It should say right there on the MLS what type of zoning the property is and if it was marketed as a SFH with possible ADU...you would of investigated if the ADU was done permitted.

I ask because I keep a comparison chart of real estate crowdfunding investments, and I’m constantly on the lookout for new and innovative platforms that I haven’t investigated yet.
