He became a devout born-again, ditched all his gambling buddies and started spending all his time in church.

And if they aren't happy with owning their own home and want to rent, I will bet you my first born that they have some underlying jealousy already. 

Even the California guys born and raised who I work with see some of the homes and wish they could move here just for the open space and beauty.I definitely think this is the state I’d like to own property in in the near future.
