Hello BiggerPockets Community,So a small introduction, the name is Joseph, I am 34 years old, born, raised and currently living in Brooklyn, NY.

So many good points mentioned here like low supply and high demand which is one factor, cheap money (low interest rates), immigration wait lists, great place to live (when foreigners research Canada, they immediately are drawn to BC, landlocked and the likeness of Vancouver to Sydney Australia (when I was born and raised and saw property continually climb year after year to this day!!)

My parents had never shown me my long-form American Born Abroad birth certificate.

I currently live in that area and was born and raised there.

Recently my second son was born so I made a new public facing company that uses the FIRST name of both of my sons. 

Of course, the fees for the services of the independent attorney and accountant should be borne by the company seeking investors.   

I was borne there in 1957, it had a population of about 40,000.....today it is 40,000.  

As long as there is continually more and more people being born.

Born and raised in GA for 42 years now.

Plan on moving back to where I was born and raised in Northeast Texas about 7 years from now after my daughter graduates for some elbow room.
