This obviously isn't my only marketing channel, but it is one of them to go allow with cold calling and texting.I appreciate anyones advise.From what I have noticed with these type of lead services, they start to have lower quality leads the longer they are around. 

Its hard to find appraisers to service this area.

The name makes it clear what you do but as for as the products and services offered specifically I was excited to hop on a group call with you last spring which was a 60 minute upsell of either the credibility package or the full SEO package.

Not really a fan of the nationwide shops, or even the ones that say they service a huge area. 

Most people will not want to spend time on a deal or partnership if the numbers are too tight.Your other value here is:- You have full access to the property.

They tell you upfront what they can get before you accept their service. 

Any Agent or lender recommendations? 

I would recommend also finding a brokerage that has agents doing flips for their clients and doing all the work you can to help that certain agent so you can watch what they do and learn, but also give value to them.
